Subprocessors

Maino.ai uses the subprocessors below to deliver the Maino platform. Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement with data protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement.
Maino retrieves only campaign-level, aggregated data from the advertising, measurement (MMP) and CRM platforms our customers connect. No user-level data from those platforms is processed by Maino or by any subprocessor.

Our AI subprocessors do not use customer data to train or fine-tune their models.
Website tools
Tools used only on our marketing website, such as analytics and advertising cookies and demo-request handling, are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes to this list
We give at least 30 days’ notice before a new subprocessor begins processing customer personal data, by updating this page and emailing subscribed customers. To subscribe, email contact@maino.ai with the subject “Subscribe to subprocessor updates”.
Customers may object to a new subprocessor as set out in section 8 of our Data Processing Agreement.
