This Privacy Policy explains how Groweasy Online Digital Technology Private Limited, operating as Maino.ai (“Maino”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information.
Who we are. Maino.ai is operated by Groweasy Online Digital Technology Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, which is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Maino AI Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA, is a subsidiary of Groweasy. References to “Maino” in our compliance and security documentation may refer to either company.
In this policy, the “Site” means our website at https://maino.ai, and the “Service” means the Maino platform and the services we provide through it. “You” means a visitor to the Site or a user of the Service.
Our role. This Privacy Policy covers personal information we collect as a controller through the Site, our forms and account registration. Where we process data on behalf of our customers through the Service, we act as a processor under our Data Processing Agreement, and our customer’s privacy policy governs that data. Maino retrieves only campaign-level, aggregated data from the advertising, measurement (MMP) and CRM platforms our customers connect; we do not collect user-level data from those platforms.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Demo-request and contact forms. When you complete our “Request Demo” or contact form, we collect:
- Full name
- Company name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Job designation or role
- Monthly advertising spend range
We also record the date of your submission and that you ticked the consent checkbox on the form.
1.2 Account registration. When you create an account on the Service, we collect your name, email address and login credentials. If you connect an advertising, MMP or CRM account, we receive the name, email address and platform user ID associated with that connection.
1.3 Use of the Service. When you use the Service, we collect information about how you use it, such as the features you use, the pages you view and the actions you take, together with your user ID. We record user sessions in the Service to improve the product, with on-screen text and images masked. We also collect technical error information to keep the Service running, with email addresses and IP addresses removed.
1.4 Device and browsing information. When you visit the Site or use the Service, we collect information from your browser and device, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. We collect some of this through cookies and similar technologies. This information can identify your device and is treated as personal information.
1.5 Analytics and advertising cookies. With your consent, we use analytics and advertising technologies from the following providers on the Site:
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC); Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation).
- Advertising: Google Ads (Google LLC); Meta Ads (Meta Platforms, Inc.); LinkedIn Ads (LinkedIn Corporation); Snapchat Ads (Snap Inc.); Tapad (Tapad, Inc., an Experian company), which provides cross-device identity matching used by some of these advertising partners.
These technologies load only after you consent through our cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Where these providers decide how and why the data is processed, they act as independent controllers and their own privacy policies apply. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3.1 Service providers. We use service providers that process personal information only on our behalf, on our documented instructions and under data protection obligations at least as protective as this policy:

We do not share demo-request or contact-form data with any CRM, advertising or analytics platform. Providers that process our customers’ data within the Service are listed on our Subprocessors page.
3.2 Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose personal information where we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process or an enforceable government request; to enforce our Terms of Service; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Maino, our users or the public.
3.3 Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our assets, personal information may be transferred to the acquirer, who will be bound to handle it in line with this Privacy Policy. We will notify you before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Where we process information
We store personal information collected through the Site and the Service in India, on Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai region. Some of our service providers process personal information in the United States and Singapore, as listed above and on our Subprocessors page.
Where personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we protect it with the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the corresponding UK and Swiss transfer mechanisms.
5. How long we keep information

We keep information longer only where the law requires us to.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your information
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Restrict or object to our processing, including processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- Opt out of marketing emails, through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
- Complain to your data protection authority or, in India, raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (section 12)
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@maino.ai. We may ask you to verify your identity. We respond within 30 days, or within the timelines set by applicable law.
Withdrawing consent or asking us to delete your information means we can no longer contact you about your demo request or provide services that depend on that information. It has no other consequence for you. We may continue to send administrative messages about your account or material changes to this policy.
If your information is part of a customer’s data in the Service, please contact that customer directly. We will help them respond to your request.
7. How we protect information
We protect personal information with technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for production systems, logging and monitoring, and confidentiality obligations for our staff. Your account is protected by your password; please keep it confidential and sign out on shared devices.
If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
8. Children
The Site and the Service are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we hold such information, contact contact@maino.ai.
9. Links to other websites
The Site and the Service may link to, or work with, other websites and applications. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies before using them.
10. Changes to this policy
We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting a notice on the Site and, where appropriate, by email. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice. Other changes take effect when posted.
If we intend to use your personal information for a new purpose that is materially different from the one you consented to, we will ask for your consent first. You are free to refuse.
